During the session, we’ll talk about what’s currently worrying you or what you want to change.
The goal is to fully understand the situation and leave with more clarity on what to do next.
This is not a motivational chat or a session just to vent.
It’s a direct conversation to analyze decisions, habits, or situations you may have been avoiding for some time.

If it’s your first time

If we haven’t spoken before, the first session also serves to see if I can really help you and whether it makes sense to continue working together.

How it works

Choose the day and time in the calendar that suits you best.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details and the link for the video call.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, so you’ll need the app installed on your computer, phone, or tablet.
To avoid technical issues or delays, it’s recommended to join about 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
