Don’t work with me if…
Let me save you some time.
And mine too.
Don’t work with me if you recognize yourself in any of these.
If you want someone to motivate you
I don’t give motivational speeches.
I’m not going to tell you that “everything will work out.”
Or that you just need to “believe in yourself.”
If that’s what you need, YouTube is full of people shouting at a camera.
If you expect someone to fix your life
I don’t fix lives.
I don’t solve problems.
And I don’t change people.
All I do is ask uncomfortable questions and point out the lies you tell yourself.
The rest is up to you.
If you already know you’re not going to change
This happens much more often than people think.
People say they want to change…
but what they really want is to talk about the problem.
If that’s your case, don’t book a session.
We’ll both save 45 minutes.
If you’re looking for therapy
I’m not a therapist.
I don’t work with:
- deep trauma
- addictions
- psychological disorders
- conflicts involving children
If you need help with any of that, look for a qualified professional.
If everyone is to blame except you
Parents.
Your partner.
Your children.
Your boss.
Your colleagues.
Your friends.
The system.
The universe.
If your life isn’t working and you have nothing to do with it, there’s probably not much I can do.
If you’re easily offended by the truth
Sometimes what I say won’t be comfortable to hear.
Not because I want to offend you.
But because the uncomfortable things are often the important ones.
So… who should book?
Normal people.
With normal lives.
And normal problems.
But who are tired of things staying the same.
If that’s you, then yes.
